Delivery Policy

Everything is delivered digitally

Design work is delivered as files through your account on this site and by email. There is nothing to ship and no printing in this service: you receive artwork you can send to a printer or upload yourself.

When work starts

Orders are confirmed within one business day. The confirmation states the start date, the formats in scope and the delivery date. Print-ready files normally come after the refinement stage is signed off.

What we need from you

• The brief, or a call we can turn into one
• Any existing logo, brand assets and product photos you want used
• Font licences if the design uses fonts you already own
• A named person who can approve each stage

Printing and production

We prepare artwork to the specification your printer gives us: size, bleed, colour mode and resolution. Printing itself is arranged and paid for by you; we can review a printer's specification before artwork is finalised.

Delays outside our control

Late assets, slow approvals or a printer changing specification will move the schedule. We tell you as soon as a delay affects a date, and we do not charge for time spent waiting.
