Revision & Refund Policy

Revisions are included

Every package includes two revision rounds on the chosen direction, within the agreed formats. Tell us what to change and we will rework it at no extra charge. Requests beyond two rounds, or a change of direction, are quoted as new work before we start.

Cancelling before work starts

An order can be cancelled before the kickoff call and is refunded in full. Orders are confirmed within one business day, so this window is short and dated in your confirmation.

Cancelling after work starts

Once work has started we refund the parts of the package we have not delivered. Concepts and refinement work already performed are not refundable. If the design has been taken to print-ready stage, that stage counts as delivered.

Source files and ownership

On completion and payment, you own the delivered artwork and receive the editable source files. We keep copies only for our own records, and we may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

What is not covered

• Printing, production and shipping costs arranged with third parties
• Font, stock photo or illustration licences bought in your name
• Changes requested after the package is signed off, which we will quote as new work

How to request a revision or a refund

1. Send the request through the contact form or reply to your order confirmation, quoting the order number.
2. Say which format and which part of the brief needs changing.
3. We confirm in writing within one business day, and refunds go back by the original payment method.
